About the position

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Account Manager for its Healthcare sales team, responsible for managing relationships with Healthcare Providers and Digital Health customers. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and collaboration with various stakeholders, including solution architects and business development leaders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technology sales within the healthcare sector and a strong understanding of NVIDIA's platform technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Be the key point of contact and relationship owner for a defined set of Academic Medical Centers, Cancer Centers, and Digital Health customers.
  • Identify and prospect new accounts within the healthcare industry segment.
  • Build key accounts into strategic partners by establishing relationships across CXO, IT, and development leadership.
  • Create and manage accurate forecasts for account performance.
  • Manage the development and execution of a strategic account plan that drives multi-year revenue growth and NVIDIA platform adoption.
  • Understand and present NVIDIA key platform technologies including Clara, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Generative AI/LLMs, and High Performance Computing.
  • Collaborate with diverse partners to implement strategies for growing and adopting enterprise products.
  • Handle complex engagements and lead cross-functional teams to achieve account objectives.
  • Contribute to the long-term success of the team by being a collaborative leader among peers.
  • Continuously seek to improve and reinvent oneself.

Requirements

  • BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years' experience selling technology solutions to senior executives and developers within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Successful track record of growing revenue for innovative technology-based solutions.
  • Extensive network of customer and partner contacts across the healthcare industry.
  • Understanding of NVIDIA's accelerated computing platform across hardware (Networking, GPU, and CPU).
  • Ability to work at a fast pace while managing evolving priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and influence cross-functionally.
  • Outstanding customer and channel partner relationship skills with strong executive presence.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice-to-haves

  • Understanding of data science, AI, Gen AI, and accelerated compute.
  • Strong passion for understanding new technologies and conveying their value to business executives and software development leaders.
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in AI/ML.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to persuade using creative communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell and work in a matrix-managed team culture.
