About the position

The Senior Account Manager role is focused on driving sales of complex IT solutions to key enterprise clients in the region. This position involves engaging with stakeholders to understand their business needs, developing account strategies, and leveraging a strong portfolio of technology solutions including Networking, Data Center, Cloud, Automation, AI, and Security. The role is supported by excellent pre and post-sales engineering teams and offers a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities

  • Selling complex IT solutions into key Enterprise, Global, or Named Select clients.
  • Successfully growing the company's revenue in the region.
  • Engaging key stakeholders within clients to understand their business issues and objectives.
  • Establishing an overall account strategy based on client needs.
  • Using sales tools and processes to manage accounts, opportunities, and pipelines effectively.
  • Engaging with key partners/vendors to maximize rebate programs and generate leads.
  • Maintaining territory and activity plans regularly.
  • Maintaining a broad understanding of the solution portfolio.

Requirements

  • Strong IT Solutions Sales experience within the Enterprise, Commercial, and/or Commercial Select verticals.
  • Experience partnering with relevant OEMs (EMC/DELL, VMware, Cisco, Amazon, Google, Microsoft) to sell solutions.
  • Experience selling Cisco's portfolio of solutions including Networking, Mobility, Security, SDN/SD-WAN, Collaboration.
  • Excellent ability to mushroom accounts.
