The Senior Account Manager at NextGen Security, LLC is a key role focused on driving business growth within the security integration industry. This position involves managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored security solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales experience, technical knowledge of security systems, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities in the security industry.
  • Manage new and existing client needs and relationships.
  • Present solutions and technical knowledge for a broad range of products.
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering to develop proposals.
  • Manage client security initiatives and projects.
  • Communicate regularly with customers to address their needs.
  • Assist in project management with the Operations team.
  • Work independently without supervision.
  • Follow up with customers and their requests.
  • Develop Account Managers and assist them as needed.
  • Estimate project costs and create quotes and scopes of work.
  • Network with vendors, suppliers, and industry contacts.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience selling enterprise-level access control and video systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • A commitment to integrity and adherence to company standards and procedures.
  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or equivalent.
