About the position

The Senior Account Manager at Creative Circle, LLC is responsible for leading the management of a group of B2B accounts, ensuring the development and profitability of each account while actively seeking new business opportunities. This role requires a strong focus on project management, client communication, and mentoring junior account managers, all within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of a group of accounts/clients.
  • Oversee the development of each account and increase the volume of work when appropriate.
  • Spot and develop opportunities with clients, turning projects into accounts.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities, especially from current accounts.
  • Take an active role in new business, seeking new opportunities and bringing them to the attention of the senior team.
  • Manage project elements including estimating, scheduling, budget management, and invoicing.
  • Ensure each project is delivered profitably to help grow the business.
  • Manage production elements of large projects and campaigns, liaising with multiple teams and suppliers.
  • Support ongoing business development activity, including management of pitches and credential meetings.
  • Understand project spending to provide accurate feedback for sales reporting.
  • Mentor and manage account managers, helping them develop their skills.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills, both internally and client-facing.
  • Clear reporting skills with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
  • Strong negotiation skills, knowing when to push back.
  • Superb time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work at high speed and intensity while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Financial competence and confidence in tracking sales positions.
