About the position

As a Sales Manager in the Programmatic Media Account Management team, you will lead and coach high-performing account teams to deliver measurable solutions for clients. This role involves managing digital advertising campaigns, particularly focusing on Display and Video 360 (DV360) and YouTube, while ensuring campaign performance and driving growth. You will collaborate with sales leadership to set strategic objectives and oversee day-to-day operations, providing comprehensive service to clients and helping them achieve their business goals in the rapidly evolving digital advertising landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Manage programmatic Account Management on accounts.
  • Grow and maintain relationships with clients and agency teams to understand their core business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities and deliver solutions that leverage programmatic media tools to meet client objectives.
  • Partner with pod teams and other specialists to develop joint plans and strategies that drive display and video investments.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of DV360 and the programmatic landscape, serving as a thought leader to clients.
  • Provide detailed account analysis to ensure advertisers exceed performance goals.
  • Own platform training, media planning, and execution of Display, 3P Video, YouTube, and CTV campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns with expertise in online measurement, operations, ad networks, DSPs, digital video, programmatic media, and Google platforms (DV360).
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in a business-related field.
  • Experience in Account Management driving advanced usage of DV360 features, especially durable solutions Enterprise Agreement (EA), Operational Technology (OT), and Continuous Build (CB).
  • Experience in DV360 YouTube Video campaign setup.
  • Experience in DV360 platform account management, including campaign strategy, planning, setup optimization, and troubleshooting/escalation.
