The position involves delivering innovative solutions to State, Local, and Federal Government agencies, enhancing their connectivity and operational efficiency. The role focuses on growing sales opportunities through strategic networking, negotiation, and closing sales, while serving as a trusted advisor to government agencies. A successful candidate will understand customer needs, generate new sales leads, and manage their sales pipeline effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver innovative solutions to government agencies to enhance connectivity.
  • Grow sales opportunities through strategic networking and negotiation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to government agencies, optimizing their operations.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Seek out new growth opportunities and generate new sales leads.
  • Write proposals and respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Provide follow-up training for new customers.
  • Handle sales pipeline and activity with sales management tools.
  • Generate forecasting and tracking reports.
  • Keep up with new offerings and market trends through training and research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Outside sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Eligibility to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.
