About the position

The Senior Account Manager at Coegi is responsible for overseeing the digital health and operations of various marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including display, video, social media, and more. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication regarding campaign goals, performance, and RFPs. The Senior Account Manager also mentors junior team members and collaborates closely with other departments to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a client portfolio of high touch accounts within Coegi.
  • Monitor activation and pacing of a campaign portfolio across all programmatic, search and social platforms.
  • Review status and performance of campaigns with the Account Strategy Director and client on a regular basis.
  • Respond to strategy requests or RFPs of current clients with best-in-class proposals.
  • Respond to client emails and phone calls within one business day.
  • Actively participate in training across multiple platforms.
  • Provide expertise and research to the Account Strategy Team and Business Development on new business calls and client presentations.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in digital media campaigns for clients.
  • Work closely with assigned Account Strategy Directors to bring innovative and strategic digital marketing knowledge to clients.
  • Demonstrate an ability to think big picture for client accounts and express curiosity for the client vertical.
  • Manage project execution and complex strategic projects related to client campaigns or ongoing needs.
  • Provide proactive communication to keep teammates informed and anticipate client requests.
  • Exhibit strong account ownership and leadership in proposed solutions for team approval or final decision making.
  • Understand cross-departmental frameworks and operational concepts for client communication.
  • Manage project timelines and deadlines associated with client accounts.
  • Promote Coegi's external marketing by developing timely blogs, white papers, and case studies.
  • Assist in training new employees in conjunction with Leadership.
  • Work with the Director of Client Service to improve and innovate department processes for internal and external relationships.
  • Provide mentorship opportunities to new employees within the Client Service department.
  • Maintain current and accurate time records related to all functions of agency and client work assignments.
  • Attend internal training, online conferences, seminars, and travel to client locations.

Requirements

  • Two plus years of experience with hands-on digital campaign management, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong track record in execution and implementation of successful digital strategies while managing paid media campaigns on a combination of search, social, and programmatic platforms.
  • Experience with direct-response, ecommerce, and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Self-starter with personal responsibility for education in relevant digital marketing.
  • Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; client-facing experience is a must.
  • High deductive reasoning skills with the ability to problem-solve and think creatively to overcome obstacles.
  • Ability to work within a team environment while handling multiple projects with deadlines.
