About the position

The Senior Account Manager at Quotient is responsible for leading a team of developers and consultants to ensure the successful execution of over 40 projects, primarily for government clients. This role involves managing project performance, customer satisfaction, and team dynamics while collaborating with various departments to support project goals and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire project life cycle and ensure successful project completion on-time, within budget, and within scope.
  • Review stakeholder objectives and liaise with project teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Manage scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.
  • Oversee major project phases, ensuring adherence to technical standards and deadlines.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Meet with customers to assess team performance and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Support organic growth within existing projects by collaborating with the Business Development team.
  • Mentor and train project team members, advocating for their needs to senior leadership.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations and check-ins for the project team.
  • Forecast utilization, manage project budget, and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years of project management experience, specifically in IT security projects.
  • Proven experience managing government contracts and projects, preferably in an IT or security context.
  • Minimum two years experience leading a technical team as a Senior Project Leader.
  • Strong understanding of IT frameworks and standards.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills.
  • Valid, active government Security Clearance.
