About the position
The Sales Representative role focuses on selling products and services to customers in assigned multi-dwelling units (MDUs) with 50 or more doors. The position involves door-to-door solicitation, organizing lobby events, and fostering strong relationships with property managers to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Meet established objectives for monthly sales goals and increased sales volume.
- Solicit residential customers through door-to-door solicitation and lobby events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property management.
- Generate incremental revenue from existing customers by adding new services.
- Respond to customer problems and complaints according to company policy.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors' activities and inform management of changes.
- Attend and contribute to sales meetings and training programs.
- Complete necessary paperwork to support sales activities accurately.
- Collect and account for funds and provide receipts according to company policies.
Requirements
- Knowledge of cold call sales skills and persuasion techniques.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to travel to assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to work outside for extended periods in any season.
- Familiarity with computer operating systems and consumer communication devices.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
