About the position

The Senior Account Specialist/Practice Development Manager at Bausch Health is responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue for Solta's non-invasive aesthetic products. This role involves developing sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining key customer relationships. The position requires a proactive and disciplined individual who can effectively manage their territory and collaborate with various team members to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a sales strategy for the assigned territory and customer base.
  • Conduct territory penetration, effective call planning, time management, and accurate forecasting.
  • Drive product utilization through demonstrations and customer training on indications, contradictions, and safety.
  • Execute launch installation action plans and leverage reward programs to drive consumable usage.
  • Coordinate and achieve high attendance at user meetings and workshops, and support tradeshows.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with customers, identifying new clients while nurturing existing ones.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on industry and competitive products.
  • Ensure high collaboration and maintain consistent communication with team members including surgical and non-surgical specialists.
  • Generate leads and cross-selling opportunities for Capital Equipment Specialists.
  • Prepare sales contracts including terms, quotes, and pricing.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as quarterly business plans, maintaining account profiles, and expense reports.
  • Build customer loyalty through superior service and effective communication.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience selling consumables or medical products to plastic surgeons or dermatologists in a regulated environment is ideal.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, surgical techniques, and procedures is preferred.
  • Strong selling skills with the ability to understand and communicate product attributes.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence and close sales effectively.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the aesthetics or medical device industry.
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance standards.
