About the position

The Senior Account Specialist (SAS) at Solta, a division of Bausch Health, is responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue for a range of non-invasive products. This role involves developing sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining relationships with customers in the medical aesthetic field. The SAS will work closely with various teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration, while also adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a sales strategy for assigned territory and customer base.
  • Conduct territory penetration, effective call planning, time management, and accurate forecasting.
  • Drive product utilization through demonstrations and customer training.
  • Execute launch installation action plans and leverage reward programs to drive consumable usage.
  • Coordinate and achieve high attendance at user meetings and workshops.
  • Support and facilitate tradeshows and workshops.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with customers.
  • Identify new customers while maintaining existing customer base.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on industry and competitive products.
  • Ensure high collaboration and maintain consistent communication with team members.
  • Generate leads and cross-selling opportunities for Capital Equipment Specialists.
  • Prepare sales contracts including terms, quotes, and pricing.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as quarterly business plans and maintaining account profiles.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience selling consumables or medical products to plastic surgeons or dermatologists in a regulated environment is ideal.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, surgical techniques, and procedures is preferred.
  • Strong selling skills and ability to communicate product attributes effectively.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence and close sales.
  • Effective time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the medical aesthetic field.
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance.
