About the position

The Senior Account Success Manager at JFrog is responsible for overseeing the customer journey for Enterprise clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and successful adoption of JFrog's products. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams and external stakeholders to create success plans, monitor customer health, and act as the voice of the customer within the organization. The position requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build trusted relationships with executives, while also providing actionable insights to enhance customer experience and product usage.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer journey, driving happiness, adoption, and value realization from JFrog products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to create and maintain a Success Plan with clear metrics.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customer executives, understanding their evolving strategy and industry trends.
  • Proactively monitor customer health, user trends, and identify risks using CRM tools.
  • Conduct Business Reviews focusing on proving ROI and identifying potential risks.
  • Serve as a strategy and business partner, building champions within the customer's organization.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and stay current with CICD technology trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager in an Enterprise software company.
  • Customer-facing experience with crisis and priority management for international enterprise customers.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps practices and familiarity with CICD tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Maven, Docker).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
