About the position
Revere is seeking a Senior Account Supervisor in Client Service to join its dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading social-first content creation for major tech brands, leveraging digital best practices and creative strategies to solve business challenges. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing strategic solutions, and ensuring project alignment with social strategy goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as day-to-day contact for mid and senior level clients, providing strategic solutions on social and digital marketing.
- Manage multiple fast-moving projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Advise clients on how social and digital can add value in solving business challenges based on minimal input briefs.
- Build trusting client relationships and navigate approval processes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for integrated agency team partners to meet social content needs.
- Internalize and articulate client product benefits in consumer-friendly language.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to develop business opportunities.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years relevant experience in an agency account role with a focus on social and digital marketing.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple medium or large-sized projects simultaneously.
- Experience developing social campaigns and imparting knowledge to junior team members.
- Passion for building and executing unique social media strategies across all channels.
- Strong knowledge of content marketing, paid media/advertising, and influencer marketing.
- Experience presenting social strategy, including campaign goals and success measurement.
- Consumer and technology marketing experience.
