About the position

The Senior Accountant at Stark Tech plays a crucial role in supporting the Director of Financial Reporting & Budgeting within the Corporate Finance Department. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day and month-end close activities across multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Financial Reporting & Budgeting in day-to-day financial operations.
• Perform month-end close activities for multiple entities.
• Analyze financial reports and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Handle multiple accounting tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or related field required.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports.
