About the position
The Senior Accountant position at Robert Half involves managing and reconciling bank activities across multiple accounts and entities. Responsibilities
- Accurately reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly bank activities across multiple accounts and entities.
- Manage and follow up on bank exceptions and corrections.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the General Ledger.
- Assist in the daily reporting of cash position and forecasting.
- Serve as a backup for treasury functions, including reviewing and approving transfers as necessary.
- Support in data entry and reconciliation for investment entities.
- Handle AD Hoc support for special projects and reporting as necessary.
- Retrieve and reconcile previous day & current day bank activity.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation and investigate and resolve all reconciling items.
Requirements
- CPA or parts passed preferred but not required.
