Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company's financial health and performance.
• Perform moderate to complex financial analysis to support business leaders in decision-making.
• Prepare, review, and analyze customer and product pricing strategies, including contract execution.
• Oversee pricing for new and existing products, present competitive pricing recommendations, and monitor product-level margin analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement product pricing strategies across various markets and channels.
• Document, communicate, and review comparative pricing, customer, and product data.
• Conduct margin analysis to support business initiatives and strategies.
• Identify and resolve issues related to customers, products, pricing, and margins.
• Support the finance department during the month-end close process, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Prepare account reconciliations, analyze results, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and streamline processes, aligning with the company's commitment to continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and analyze revenue, operating expenses, product profitability, capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, and financial statements.
• Assist in maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of costing data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, OR an associate degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounting-related role.
