About the position

The Senior Accountant position at Randstad US involves preparing and filing various SEC documents, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, as well as creating workpapers for SEC filings and ESG reports. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and supporting the company's overall accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Company's SEC reporting process, including the preparation and filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, proxy statements, registration statements, and other forms as required.
• Preparing key supporting workpapers used in SEC filings, environmental, social, & governance (ESG) reports, and other external reporting deliverables.
• Assisting with the preparation and filing of other domestic and foreign financial statements in compliance with credit agreements and regulatory, statutory, and other requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in account reconciliations
• Experience with journal entries
• Ability to prepare accounting reports and schedules
