Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger by analyzing and reconciling account balances.
• Conduct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with precision and timeliness.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring financial data aligns with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and internal controls.
• Handle and analyze large datasets to identify trends, errors, or anomalies.
• Support data validation and integrity efforts to enhance reporting accuracy.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for management, highlighting significant variances.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage, NetSuite, or Dynamics.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with financial statements and accruals.
• Familiarity with Workday.
