About the position

As a Senior Accounting Manager at Leanor Financial Services, LLP, you will play an integral role in providing quality tax services to our clients. This position is designed for skilled accountants with tax experience who value delivering customized accounting services. You will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, leading the onboarding of new clients, and overseeing the month-end close process. This is a full-time, remote position, ideal for candidates already residing in Tulsa, OK, or those willing to relocate to the area. In this role, you will manage a list of Contract CFO client relationships, ensuring that each client receives the highest level of service possible. You will lead the month-end close process, reviewing financials in detail and compiling insights and direction to send to clients. Additionally, you will coordinate with clients and the tax team on figures for returns and estimates, diagnosing any process issues and proactively working to resolve them. Your ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients will be essential in maintaining strong relationships and delivering value-added solutions. Responsibilities

  • Manage list of Contract CFO client relationships.
  • Lead month-end close, review financials in detail, compile and send to clients with insights and direction.
  • Lead onboarding of new client relationships.
  • Coordinate with client and tax team on figures for returns, estimates, etc.
  • Diagnose process issues and proactively work to resolve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with team.
  • Strong QuickBooks skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to communicate timely, clearly and professionally with clients.
  • Ability to manage team members and multiple projects meeting all deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • CPA preferred but not required.
