About the position

The Senior Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process for InEight, focusing on the North America region while also handling some international accounts payable tasks. This role involves processing invoices, expense reports, and ensuring timely payments, all while supporting the accounting team in various functions. The position is remote, ideally suited for candidates in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zones.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle accounts payable process using Microsoft D365 accounting software for approximately 300 invoices per month
  • Ensure bills are paid timely and accurately
  • Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
  • Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
  • Process expense reports and credit card maintenance
  • Prepare Accounts Payable accruals for month end
  • Verify vendor accounts have updated W-9's on file / Annual Form 1099 preparation
  • Verify foreign vendors W-8BEN/E and prepare Annual 1042-S forms
  • Assist in providing documentation for auditors
  • Additional job functions may be required as we continue to grow and evolve

Requirements

  • 5+ years of accounts payable processing experience
  • Prior Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred
  • Associates Degree or higher in Accounting is preferred
  • General ledger accounting knowledge is ideal
  • Experience handling year end tax forms, including 1099s
  • Intermediate Excel skills required including Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs
  • Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
