About the position

The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist at Palantir plays a crucial role in managing the accounts payable process for both US and international entities. This position involves onboarding new vendors, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments, all while collaborating with various business partners to enhance the accounts payable function. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential, as the finance team relies on accurate reconciliations to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the accounts payable process for US and International entities.
  • Lead the vendor onboarding program, ensuring all required documentation is obtained.
  • Receive, process, and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices.
  • Work with vendors to determine the most efficient invoicing channels.
  • Communicate with internal partners and external parties with a high degree of customer service.
  • Provide various ad hoc operational and analytical analysis to business partners and leadership.
  • Manage all year-end tax required filings in the US and Internationally.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years relevant accounts payable experience, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Working knowledge of Coupa is required.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn new systems and programs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Netsuite and Concur is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks with varying levels of urgency.
