About the position

The Senior Acquisition Integration Consultant plays a crucial role in the integration of acquired entities into the company, focusing on project management and integration disciplines. This position involves managing moderately complex to complex issues, requiring in-depth analysis and decision-making on project components. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders post-merger/acquisition, influencing departmental strategy and ensuring effective integration practices are implemented.

Responsibilities

  • Perform project-oriented duties related to the integration of acquired entities.
  • Implement activities and projects associated with the assimilation of practices and systems.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization post-merger/acquisition.
  • Influence department's strategy and make decisions on complex issues regarding project components.
  • Manage high visibility projects with minimal supervision.
  • Problem solve and manage risks/issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Remain organized while managing multiple initiatives and/or workstreams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience managing projects or programs, including large scale, complex projects
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and/or M&A
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem solve and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in ambiguous environments
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheets, Microsoft Projects
  • External consulting experience.
