About the position

The Senior Acquisition Program Management Analyst plays a critical role in providing continuity and technical knowledge for various programs, ensuring effective management and oversight of the SAP lifecycle documentation. This position involves tracking project timelines, identifying risks, and supporting decision-making processes related to resource allocation and program alternatives. The analyst will also be responsible for training new personnel and enhancing collaboration with key stakeholders in the Intelligence Community and other defense agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of tracking processes for SAP lifecycle documentation.
  • Ensure currency of tracking data and provide status upon request.
  • Review Annual Reports to Congress for consistency and alignment with program plans.
  • Monitor project timelines and track document submissions.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve risks and issues affecting project success.
  • Assist with research, analysis, and impact assessments for requirement development and resource allocation.
  • Provide subject matter continuity and training for new personnel.
  • Support processes to enhance digital connectivity and collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Draft, implement, and monitor office processes for oversight activities.
  • Propose process improvements for efficiency and security.
  • Assist in the development of innovative applications of SAP technologies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills
  • Experience in briefing executives and program leadership
  • Experience in handling classified material and usage of GSA storage containers
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint
  • Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
