About the position

The Senior ACS Business Process NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) consultant will support the Oracle NetSuite Advanced Customer Support (ACS) organization by implementing NSAW to enhance data-driven decision-making. This role involves collaborating with ACS leadership to identify analytical needs and streamline critical processes, providing insights into team utilization, customer renewal rates, and other key business areas. The position offers a unique opportunity to impact the organization's success in the growing cloud business.

Responsibilities

• Consultatively gather requirements and collaborate with key stakeholders to define business challenges.
• Leverage understanding of the data model to produce analytics that provide actionable insights.
• Aid less senior team members and provide guidance on NSAW implementation best practices.
• Collaborate with multiple Oracle lines of business to identify infrastructure requirements for data warehousing needs.
• Identify new data and product patterns through data mining and communicate complex concepts effectively to executives.
• Extend the data warehouse by incorporating data from multiple datasets/applications.
• Review, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.
• Lead project delivery as a technical expert when implementing solutions.
• Develop solutions that follow product development guidelines and established design standards.
• Enable the organization to ensure adoption of analytics solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle and NetSuite analytics, data integration products, and service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor level degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience designing, implementing, and integrating Oracle and/or NetSuite Data Warehouse NSAW and Analytics/Business Intelligence solutions.
• Experience with Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), and NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Connect.
• Solid understanding of Oracle Database, Data Modelling, Oracle SQL Developer, Data Warehouse concepts, and advanced analytics concepts.
• Experience implementing and utilizing Big Data and visualization techniques, tools, and technologies.
• Highly experienced in data design, data modeling, data mapping, data interrogation, data quality, and master data management.
• Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SQL, etc.
• Experience with ERP and EPM solutions, preferably NetSuite and/or Oracle platform.
• Prior experience in Operations or Professional Services Consulting is a plus.
• Must be a self-starter with sound decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead projects/tasks and maintain a schedule to ensure timely completion.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is critical.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
• Ability to operate independently with limited direction/supervision.
• Advanced MS Office skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook at a minimum).
