Building strong relationships within the department and beyond is crucial, as the analyst will engage in recruitment activities and assist in the development of junior actuaries. The role also involves contributing to systems, models, and procedural revisions by conducting research and recommending changes to enhance efficiency and competitiveness in the market. The analyst will share technical expertise by resolving basic actuarial modeling and risk issues, ensuring that the department meets business needs and requirements. Personal accountability and responsibility for task completion are key expectations, along with a willingness to learn from mistakes and seek guidance from senior actuaries. The role encourages independent pursuit of further development and enrichment, particularly in maintaining or pursuing actuarial credentials.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 2 years of relevant experience.
