Responsibilities

• Answer the division's multi-line telephone and direct calls to appropriate representatives.
• Assist with the division's electronic document management system.
• Provide excellent customer service to consumers seeking assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with state and federal insurance laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• One year of experience in general office, clerical, and administrative support work.
• Experience operating multiple-line telephone systems.
• Knowledge of general office practices, including typing, English grammar, and data entry.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Adobe Pro.
• Understanding of HIPAA Privacy Laws.
