Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate high-priority meetings, events, and travel logistics.
  • Demonstrate strong confidentiality and data privacy skills.
  • Coordinate budgets for two vice presidents and their departments, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Provide professional support to visitors and ensure seamless communication through various channels.
  • Support office operations, including compliance, tracking deadlines, and maintaining records.
  • Create, maintain, and secure vital records using advanced digital file management systems.
  • Draft and refine executive communications and presentations with clarity.
  • Maintain quality assurance of documents for accuracy and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct time-sensitive research and present data in engaging formats.
  • Coordinate and execute high-impact projects with attention to timelines and budgets.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress and foster collaboration.
  • Support team initiatives and event planning with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Handle special projects and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, or equivalent combination of experience, training, and/or education.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Public Administration, or Higher Education.
  • Higher education experience.

Benefits
