About the position

The Senior Administrative Assistant at Keyfactor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within the organization. This position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Assistant for the C-Staff, overseeing various administrative functions, and enhancing team productivity through project management and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake intricate administrative duties such as overseeing projects and driving process enhancement initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary contact for departmental staff, offering guidance on administrative issues.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and vendors.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior administrative staff on office protocols and best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between departmental teams and other organizational departments.
  • Research and acquire promotional items, supervise event marketing material inventory, and coordinate print production when required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Thorough understanding of office procedures and administrative practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex administrative tasks and projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to mentor and train junior administrative staff.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle shifting priorities and deadlines.
