About the position

Our Fund Solutions team specialise in delivering precise, efficient, and bespoke fund administration and outsourced services for venture capital, private equity, private debt, and fund of fund structures. Our clients operate across industries such as life sciences, healthcare, infrastructure, technology, litigation, and real estate. As a Senior Administrator/Assistant Manager, you'll serve as a senior point of contact within the Investor Services Team, playing a pivotal role in overseeing systems and standing data. This is an excellent opportunity to hone your technical expertise while contributing to the success of a dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of standing data workflows and investor static data platforms, including Investran, DX Portal, NavOne, Intralinks, and InvestorVision, ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests.
  • Act as the team's Statistical Officer, coordinating with client servicing teams and ensuring timely submissions to the JFSC. Support the ISAE 3402 controls audit process and monitor FATCA/CRS reporting and tax returns.
  • Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality with client information while supporting your team with training, mentoring, and development.
  • Undertake departmental projects, including TOM-related initiatives, to align systems, technology, and processes, while leveraging CSC's Acceleration Center (ACE) for efficient task execution.
  • Provide fresh ideas to improve operational efficiencies and ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  • Foster open and transparent communication within your team and with internal stakeholders, ensuring management is informed of activities and progress.
  • Take advantage of CSC's global resources to advance your knowledge and skills, driving personal and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Hold or be working towards ICSA or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Proficient IT skills, ideally including Investran, Microsoft Excel, and NavOne. Experience with investor portals such as DX and Intralinks is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with involvement in change projects or operational improvements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive excellence for clients and your team.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity in maintaining client information and processing data.
