About the position

The Sr Advance Scrum Master is responsible for overseeing and motivating teams to effectively complete their job duties related to project prioritization and the end-to-end project and product lifecycle execution. This role involves training new employees, setting daily objectives, developing reward systems to enhance productivity, and driving process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams and integrating new technologies. The Scrum Master will also communicate with upper management to align on business goals and ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and motivate teams to complete job duties effectively.
  • Train new employees and provide daily objectives to team members.
  • Develop and implement reward systems to motivate employee productivity.
  • Drive standard and scalable process enhancements.
  • Build collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Integrate new technology into business operations.
  • Communicate with upper management to align on business goals.
  • Provide leadership for the NAM Hub H&D Board of Change (BOC) team members.
  • Develop strategies to help team members reach project goals.
  • Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress to keep projects on track.
  • Create and distribute reports to update the company on team progress.
  • Responsible for Process, Insights, Analysis, Execution Design for existing products and quality value engineering.

Requirements

  • Minimum degree: BS/BA
  • 5-8 years of directly related experience in program/project management with global operational experience.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in software execution with power management technology.
  • Certification or deep knowledge of principles, practices, and theories in program/project management.
  • Advanced knowledge in project management digital tools, preferably JIRA and iObeya.
  • Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and assess performance metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge in common office applications and word processing software.
  • Basic knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of safety practices.
  • Strong customer service skills.
