About the position

The Senior Advisor, Software Engineering (Pega Developer) role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications within the Patient/Member CRM Platform in the healthcare sector. The position requires a certified Pega developer with extensive experience in building scalable systems and ensuring seamless integrations with other systems, particularly in the context of customer service and healthcare frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications (Pega 8.8.x)
• Ensure seamless RESTful integrations with other systems
• Leverage expertise in Customer Service/Healthcare frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain comprehensive development and system documentation

Requirements

• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) in Pega
• 10+ years of hands-on Pega development experience (8.0 or higher)
• 5+ years of experience with RESTful integrations
• Knowledge of Customer Service and/or Healthcare frameworks
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's Degree required
