Senior Advisory Consultant - Adaptive Planning - Workday Success Plans

About the position

The Senior Advisory Consultant for Adaptive Planning at Workday is responsible for assisting customers in navigating Workday Adaptive Planning technology challenges. This role focuses on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction by helping clients maximize the value of their Workday Adaptive Planning investment through various innovative services and solutions. The consultant will engage with customers to understand their business requirements, provide expert guidance, and support multiple short-duration projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and challenges.
• Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities and design decisions.
• Support multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects.
• Conduct Feature Adoption Workshops, Functional Reviews, Health Checks, and Expert Assist sessions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Workday Adaptive software experience.
• 5+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis software experience.
• 3+ years of software consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.

Nice-to-haves

• Certified or ability to certify in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
