About the position

As a Functional Consultant at Workday, you will play a vital role in the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions. Your expertise will help clients configure and test Workday solutions to meet their specific business requirements, ensuring they maximize the value from their Workday products. This position is integral to the Workday Success Plans Advisory Services Team, focusing on customer success post go-live and adapting to their evolving needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful implementation of Workday's product solutions.
• Provide implementation expertise to clients.
• Configure and test Workday solutions to meet business requirements.
• Deliver various programs and services ranging from feature assessments to full feature deployments.
• Support customers' growing and changing business needs within Workday.
• Collaborate with clients to maximize the value of their Workday products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of functional experience in HCM, Payroll, Financial, Benefits, Revenue, Spend, Talent, or Performance Management software solutions or systems.
• 3+ years of consulting experience.
• 3+ years experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar applications.
• Industry experience in Healthcare, Finance, or Supply Chain.
