The GEICO Agency Operations team is seeking an organized and ambitious candidate for the role of Senior Executive Assistant. This position is crucial in providing comprehensive administrative support to our Vice President, Senior Director, and Director team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the executives' schedules, appointments, expense reports, and travel arrangements. This role requires a proactive approach to coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring that all logistics are handled efficiently. The Senior Executive Assistant will also screen and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate parties, prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports, and assist in preparing presentations and other materials for meetings. In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and digital, conduct research, and compile data as needed. The role also involves coordinating and tracking expenses and reimbursements, supporting onboarding needs for field associates, and providing general administrative support to the executive team as required. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities and be responsible for the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings, offsite conferences, and external events, including catering and transport. A positive attitude and calm demeanor are essential when approaching new challenges and high-pressure situations.
