About The Position

The Senior AI Developer role at Motion Recruitment focuses on the design and implementation of AI solutions specifically tailored for tax-related processes. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with Python, Microsoft .NET, C#, relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), API development and testing, and Azure.
• 1-3 years of experience designing, deploying, and implementing solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial approach to work.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and business writing skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business problems and requirements.
• Architect elegant and scalable AI solutions leveraging machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Implement AI algorithms and models, ensuring the development of efficient and explainable code.
• Leverage technologies such as React, Microsoft Azure, Python, and PostgreSQL to develop and deploy AI solutions.
• Ensure that developed AI solutions meet high-quality standards through rigorous testing and debugging.
• Review and approve pull requests from team members to maintain code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax professionals, IT teams, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful deployment and integration of AI solutions.
• Contribute to all aspects of a project's lifecycle, including documenting requirements, solution development, system configuration, testing, debugging, and ongoing support.
