About the position

The Senior AI Developer role at Motion Recruitment focuses on the design and implementation of AI solutions specifically tailored for tax-related processes. This position requires a hands-on approach to developing efficient and scalable AI algorithms, leveraging technologies such as Python, .NET, and Azure. The developer will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify business problems and ensure successful integration of AI solutions within the tax practice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business problems and requirements.
• Architect elegant and scalable AI solutions leveraging machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Implement AI algorithms and models, ensuring the development of efficient and explainable code.
• Leverage technologies such as React, Microsoft Azure, Python, and PostgreSQL to develop and deploy AI solutions.
• Ensure that developed AI solutions meet high-quality standards through rigorous testing and debugging.
• Review and approve pull requests from team members to maintain code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax professionals, IT teams, and business stakeholders, for successful deployment and integration of AI solutions.
• Contribute to all aspects of a project's lifecycle, including documenting requirements, solution development, system configuration, testing, debugging, and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with Python, Microsoft .NET, C#, relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), API development and testing, and Azure.
• 1-3 years of experience designing, deploying, and implementing solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial approach to work.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and business writing skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
