About the position

As a Senior AI Engineer at Atomic AI, you will leverage your expertise in MLOps and AI engineering to enhance drug discovery and development processes through innovative AI-powered solutions. This hybrid role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI into biotech workflows, focusing on the design of molecules and medicines targeting RNA structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead MLOps initiatives to streamline model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our biotech workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of intensive and relevant experience in DevOps / SRE / SWE roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proven track record in AWS cloud infrastructure, especially for ML applications.
• Expertise in designing and implementing MLOps pipelines.
• Experience with MLOps observability tools and principles.
• Solid understanding of deep learning architectures and their applications.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Bazel build system.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, particularly Pulumi and Terraform.
• Familiarity with PyTorch and JAX.
• Knowledge of experiment tracking tools like Weights and Biases.
• Background in bioinformatics or computational biology.
