In this role, you will be responsible for creating and developing libraries and tools that empower teams across the organization to effectively utilize and deploy AI solutions and enhancements. Your contributions will be crucial in establishing solutions that drive positive outcomes for customers, as well as in advancing the company's Responsible AI initiatives, which are designed to help customers lead more fulfilling lives. This position requires a strong technical background and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, as you will be working on cutting-edge AI technologies that have a direct impact on user experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI models and algorithms for diverse applications, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Create and develop libraries and tools that enable teams across the organization to seamlessly use and deploy AI solutions and enhancements.
• Establish solutions that drive positive outcomes for customers.
• Contribute to Responsible AI products to help customers lead more fulfilling lives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with multimodal transformers, encoder/decoder architectures, and large language models (LLMs).
• Proven track record in language-driven projects, such as language generation, voice processing, data extraction (NER), and multi-agent models (autogen).
• Demonstrated success in building models that have been deployed into production environments.
• Strong technical proficiency and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in health care or related fields is a plus.
• Experience with agile and iterative development approaches.
