About the position

The Senior AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for fine-tuning large language models (LLM) and building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. This role emphasizes collaboration within a team to design and optimize LLM models while adhering to SAFE AI principles. The position requires a strong foundation in computer science and machine learning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune LLM models to enhance performance.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines for efficient data retrieval.
• Collaborate with team members to design and optimize AI models.
• Implement SAFE AI principles in model development.
• Analyze and solve complex problems related to AI and ML.

Requirements

• Expertise in Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, Statistics, and Algorithms.
• Strong background in computer science and machine learning.
• Experience in fine-tuning LLM models and building RAG pipelines.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
