From designing and developing customized IoT solutions to implementing and managing them seamlessly, Concept Reply helps customers unlock the potential of IoT. We are seeking a Data & AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AI projects and manage a team of professionals.
• Support the planning and execution of data migration and integration initiatives.
• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Work closely with data engineers and scientists to build and enhance machine learning models.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Contribute to the development and deployment of AI-driven applications and services.
• Test and validate algorithms and models to ensure accuracy and optimal performance.
• Document findings and effectively communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
• Stay informed on emerging trends and advancements in data science and AI.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI-related projects.
• Strong understanding of programming principles and data structures.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python.
• Strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Generative AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Bedrock) or Computer Vision.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and statistical methods.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data manipulation and visualization libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Understanding of data preprocessing techniques and feature engineering.
• Snowflake experience.

Benefits

• Base compensation range for this full-time position is between $100,000 - $160,000 plus benefits.
