Trideum Corporation is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team at Redstone Arsenal, AL. This full-time position is designed for individuals with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, particularly those with experience in the US Army Force Protection domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing and modifying existing AI/ML tools to conduct advanced data science, analytics, and data collection tasks. This role is pivotal as it involves being at the forefront of designing, developing, and testing advanced AI/ML tools that will enhance our capabilities in supporting the Army's mission. In this position, you will engage in quantitative and qualitative data science activities aimed at improving the collection, analysis, validation, and visualization of data throughout the program lifecycle. You will develop custom machine learning models and algorithms tailored to specific datasets, lead data and analytics activities, and support the implementation of big data analysis tools and database schemas. Your ability to assess the effectiveness of new data sources and gathering techniques will be crucial, as will your skills in identifying stakeholder needs to design and improve systems. The role requires a blend of creativity and adherence to industry standards and Department of Defense (DoD) software development policies. You will work closely with program management to prioritize objectives and may also contribute to the development of technical artifacts such as software or hardware designs. Minimal travel is expected, allowing for a focus on delivering high-quality results in a collaborative environment.
