About the position
The Senior AI Software Product Manager at Direct Supply is responsible for defining the technology roadmap and driving new products and services to market, while also managing existing offerings to enhance revenue. This role involves close collaboration with customers and various stakeholders, including Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales, to deliver effective software solutions that address customer challenges. The position requires overseeing the complete development life cycle of the product line, from conceptualization through development and deployment, with a strong focus on leveraging AI and technology to improve efficiency and value.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an AI-first Product Roadmap, driving strategic direction for the assigned line of business.
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, building and presenting business cases to senior leadership.
- Apply knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enhance existing products and create new solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Conduct ongoing research on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Utilize user research and usability studies to inform product development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, particularly in AI and software development.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
- Ability to leverage data and business insights to inform product decisions.
