Microsoft's Datacenter Land Development Organization supports the development and delivery of our data center portfolio from site identification and selection through to design, construction, and operation. The Microsoft data center development portfolio consists of complex, multi-disciplinary, large scale, multi-year data center construction and lease projects. Microsoft is looking for a Senior AMERICA's (AMERS) Land Development Strategy Program Manager, who will formulate and refine comprehensive entitlement strategies for the successful deployment of our data center projects. This role demands a broad skill set, particularly the ability to navigate and distill complex regulatory and public policy environments into actionable strategies that support our scaling ambitions. The LDS (Land Development Strategy) Program Manager will need to work closely with key internal Microsoft stakeholders as well as external entities like regulators and economic development agencies. We're looking for someone with a potential foundation in land development, public policy, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a history of managing large-scale programs successfully, exhibit excellent communication skills, and possess the agility to navigate complex regulatory frameworks effectively.
