Microsoft's Datacenter Land Development Organization is at the forefront of developing and delivering our expansive data center portfolio, overseeing the entire process from site identification and selection to design, construction, and operation. The portfolio encompasses complex, multi-disciplinary, large-scale, and multi-year data center construction and lease projects. We are seeking a Senior AMERICA's (AMERS) Land Development Strategy Program Manager who will be instrumental in formulating and refining comprehensive entitlement strategies that ensure the successful deployment of our data center projects. This role requires a diverse skill set, particularly the ability to navigate and distill complex regulatory and public policy environments into actionable strategies that align with our scaling ambitions. The LDS (Land Development Strategy) Program Manager will collaborate closely with key internal Microsoft stakeholders and external entities, including regulators and economic development agencies. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of land development, public policy, and strategic planning, along with a proven track record of managing large-scale programs successfully. Excellent communication skills and the agility to navigate complex regulatory frameworks are essential for this role.
