About the position

Zenith is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, someone who can make an immediate impact by leveraging their industry knowledge to manage key tagging, trafficking, data, measurement, and partner relationships. This role is crucial in driving campaign efficiency and developing leading technical expertise. The successful candidate will be confident in client interactions and clear in delivering our agency's point of view and recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of digital ad serving, measurement, and associated technology and partners. They will manage the end-to-end operations and optimization process, which includes KPI creation and planning support using historical performance data, advising on campaign setup, and serving as an escalation point for any internal technology questions or issues. The role also involves discovering efficiencies through data structure to streamline communication for planning and analytics insights, managing offshore trafficking and analyst teams, and ensuring best-in-class service delivery. Additionally, the candidate will establish and refine processes and training parameters to ensure flawless execution by operational teams, organize and centralize processes and technologies, and proactively manage partnerships to improve ad operations solutions based on client needs. Collaboration with media and analytics counterparts is essential for developing and deploying data management and reporting solutions, as well as meaningful documentation that captures the value created by new capabilities. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and enforcing nomenclature to better manage data across the organization and coordinating with analytics teams to ensure data can be easily integrated into outsourced tools and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of data and technology solution providers to drive effective reporting for teams and clients, as well as supporting and scaling analytics dashboards and data management platforms across client teams. The candidate will identify and oversee the deployment of digital technology solutions and partnerships that meet client and organizational needs, ensuring teams effectively use current tools and systems through training and adherence to best practices. Finally, the candidate will audit and evaluate technology solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement or new tool creation that can drive savings or generate new revenue, while partnering with Digital Directors to deliver the best products and thinking across various digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key tagging, trafficking, data, measurement, and partner relationships to drive campaign efficiency.
  • Create and plan KPIs using historical performance data.
  • Advise on campaign setup including naming and tagging.
  • Serve as an escalation point for internal technology questions and issues.
  • Discover efficiencies through data structure to streamline communication for planning and analytics insights.
  • Manage offshore trafficking and analyst teams to ensure best-in-class service delivery.
  • Establish and refine processes and training parameters for operational teams.
  • Organize and centralize processes and technologies in collaboration with global TAAG leads.
  • Proactively manage partnerships and conduct industry outreach to improve ad operations solutions.
  • Develop and deploy data management and reporting solutions in partnership with media and analytics teams.
  • Enforce nomenclature to manage data across the organization effectively.
  • Coordinate with analytics teams to ensure data integration into outsourced tools and systems.
  • Identify and partner with data/technology solution providers for effective reporting.
  • Support and scale analytics dashboards and data management platforms across client teams.
  • Oversee the deployment of digital technology solutions and partnerships that meet client needs.
  • Audit and evaluate technology solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement or new tool creation.
  • Collaborate with Digital Directors to establish technology needs and requirements.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with trafficking systems, tagging tools, and data mining/reporting functions in Excel or similar tools.
  • Strong command of MS Excel, including formulas and tables.
  • Experience with standard ad servers such as Google Campaign Manager, Prisma, IAS, etc.
  • Tagging experience, particularly with Google CM Floodlight implementation QA and troubleshooting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to quality check work to catch data anomalies before delivery.
  • Strong management capabilities operationally and strategically.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to integrate into a fast-paced digital planning team.
  • Ability to cultivate excellent relationships with technology and research partners.
  • Quick learner of new processes and technology.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
