About the position

The Senior Analyst (Adobe Workflow) role focuses on providing integrated program strategy for multi-channel programs, supporting daily program management and delivery for clients. This position partners with director-level personnel on the client side and requires expertise in Adobe Workfront and related technologies to enhance workflow management and digital asset management across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide integrated program strategy for multi-channel programs for clients.
  • Support daily program management and delivery for clients.
  • Partner with Workflow Management Senior Director to achieve strategic engagement of technology in the content supply chain.
  • Master frameworks and understand the marketing technology stack to ensure client vision is met.
  • Serve as a Workfront implementation SME, using Adobe Workfront design and configuration expertise.
  • Implement Adobe Workfront workflows, custom forms, reports, and dashboards that align with requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure Workfront system functionality and performance.
  • Provide expertise and industry best practices across workflow management components including Workfront, Firefly, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Connect technology capability goals to needs and build compelling stories to explain value.
  • Contribute to daily delivery efforts by completing materials in PowerPoint, Excel, Lucidchart, and other platforms.
  • Support consulting engagements by developing recommendations for using information and technology to lead programs across all channels and media.
  • Develop materials to illustrate and educate teams on how workflow management supports internal digital transformation and automated employee experiences.
  • Support business development opportunities as an SME or by finding opportunities within existing clients.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Workfront design and implementation.
  • Project management experience.
  • Foundation in software implementation, reporting, and analytics.
  • Understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components like Site, Assets, Multi-Site Manager, and Creative Cloud Asset Link.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe Launch/Tag management, and Adobe Campaign.
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Experience Platform, including RTCDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Journey Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
