Your responsibilities will include ensuring proper documentation of processes, following up on support incidents, and guaranteeing the timely delivery of change requests and project activities for the team. This position demands a high level of technical expertise and the ability to interact closely with the business and various Information Services (IS) teams to understand requirements and efficiently implement high-quality solutions. As the Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for providing performance feedback and staffing input to managers, reviewing and assigning daily support incidents to ensure efficient team coverage.
