About The Position
The Senior Analyst-Budget Analyst position is responsible for supporting the HQDA G-37 Training Directorate in the Pentagon, focusing on Army training requirements and policies. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders to consolidate requirements, providing essential information for decision-making regarding validation and funding levels. The analyst will serve as a subject matter expert on POM, BES, and President Budget Cycles, evaluate training resource courses of action, and prepare communications to support Army decisions related to training resources.
