About the position

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with investors, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Monitor and analyze financial and industry trends to inform the company and investors.
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models, including sell-side models.
• Serve as a point of contact for investors, providing timely information on investment strategies and performance updates.
• Assist in organizing investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations, preparing necessary materials.
• Gather feedback from investors to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and analyses on investor relations activities and performance for senior management.
• Engage proactively with investors through personalized communication channels.
• Develop materials to help investors understand investment strategies and financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field required.
• 3 years of relevant experience with a focus on real estate or private equity investments preferred.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, including 3-statement modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective investor engagement.
• Strong understanding of investment principles, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling.
