About the position

The Senior Analyst, Business Operations & Strategy plays a vital role in the GTM Strategy and Ops team, focusing on enhancing the sales pipeline and database strategy. This position acts as a strategic partner to sales and marketing, managing the outbound funnel through acquisition and management of the prospect database, while also leading special projects across the GTM funnel. The role requires collaboration with various business stakeholders and emphasizes analytical skills, project management, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day functions across the Pipeline operations team, including database performance improvements, territory design, and automation implementations.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to redesign processes and technology tools for improved efficiency and effectiveness of the Database and broader pipeline funnel.
  • Partner with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to enhance prospect database and pipeline outcomes.
  • Incubate strategic special projects in collaboration with RevOps leaders.
  • Manage an ‘at scale' sales process through process creation and system design.
  • Analyze performance data to distill actionable insights that drive decision-making and business pivots.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Development leaders to understand performance and improve operations.
  • Present insights in Weekly/Bi-weekly report outs on database performance and roadmap focus areas.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in Analytics/Operations and/or management consulting.
  • Self-starter with experience in owning work and identifying necessary tasks.
  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, simplifying complex problems for stakeholders.
  • Functional experience in operations/business operations, strategy, or growth within the SaaS space is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Knowledge of Sales Productivity KPIs, Lead Scoring attributes/algorithms, and Lead Routing.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience using SQL/Data querying and Tableau or other data visualization tools.
